Neopolis Ltd. was founded in 2008. The company operates in the Israeli real estate market and specializes in the acquisition and improvement of legally distressed real estate assets. Neopolis operates in an exclusive niche in that it provides creative solutions for problematic assets, by improving the assets whose potential for exploitation is otherwise very low.
